We also haul away service at additional costs, but we are happy to double bag your pet’s waste (to eliminate or minimize odor) and leave it in your home’s garbage bins.

In the rare case of bad weather, we will make our best effort to work, rain or shine!
However, safety of our employees is a top priority. If it’s a light rain, we’ll complete the service as scheduled. In case of heavy rain or other extreme weather, we may have to reschedule your service.
This is a great question! The quick answer is no, we love dogs and pets. Actually don’t tell anyone but being around friendly, non-aggressive dogs is a big perk of the job!
However, if your dog or pet is aggressive or “not friendly” we will ask that you keep your dog or pet inside your home or property for as long as we need to perform our service to keep everyone safe.

We love dogs and all sorts of fur babies! However, we understand that not all pets are pooper scooper-friendly (and that’s ok!). For the safety of your pets and our team we reserve the right to request that your pets be kept indoors while we perform our service. In the case where a technician’s safety is in question we reserve the right to cancel service.
